1/2 Red Onion – thinly sliced
1 Bosc Pear – cored & thinly sliced
1/2 cup roasted Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Goat Cheese – crumbled
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pepper

Romaine
Arugula
Pears
Onions
Goat Cheese
Sunflower Seeds
