INGREDIENTS
10 beets – peeled, cooked & cubed into 1″ cubes
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley – chopped
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro – chopped
1/2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Mix thoroughly and serve
