I love appetizers, tapas and meze because you can be very creative, have food set up in various places and keep them out all evening.
Some of my favourite items are different charcuterie.
To make the perfect platter always have an array of smoked meats, salami, cured hams and different cheeses. I love adding both fresh and dried seasonal fruit; figs, dates, apricots, and grapes work well. Olives and pickled vegetables always are a great addition.
Remember, you can be as creative as you like and there is no “wrong” way of arranging your platter.
