Fast Pita Bread Pizza

Pizza with fresh mozzarella tomato and herbs

INGREDIENTS

1 Greek or Turkish Style Pita Bread or Naan

1 Tomato thinly sliced

5 fresh basil leaves

2 small fresh mozzarella balls, sliced thinly

2 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees (or med-high on BBQ)

Brush on one tsp olive oil

Top with tomatoes, basil, cheese

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly

Remove from oven and drizzle on second tsp of olive oil on top
