Garlic Rapini


1 Bunch of Rapini

3 cloves of finely chopped garlic

3 tbs olive oil

Salt to taste



Wash rapini and cut in half where the stuem meets the leafy tops

In a large stock pot, add one cup of water

Place stems in the water on bottom and leafy tops on top layer

Bring to a boil and steam for 3 minutes or until wilted

Remove rapini and drain

Place on a baking sheet, lined with foil or parchment paper

Drizzle with olive oil

Top with chopped garlic

Sprinkle with salt

Bake at in pre-heated oven of 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes until tender (do not over-cook)
