  1. Cut squash in half, lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out pulp and seeds.
  3. Spring with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil.
  5. Bake cut side down on parchment paper or on a lined baking dish at 400 degrees F.
  6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown and very soft.
