How To Roast Crispy & Crunchy Potatoes

What you’ll need
5 lbs of Potatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp black Pepper
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1/2 cup Canola oil
1. Cut the potatoes into wedges, sprinkle with seasonings, add oil and toss until combined.
2. Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees in a metal baking pan for 45 mins.
3. You can substitute with sweet potatoes or you can add onions and carrots to add some vegetables.
