Roasted Squash


Squash – use any circular squashSquash 1
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste



Cut across and remove seeds and pulp

Brush each half with 1tsp Olive Oil

Season with salt & pepper to taste

Roast in 400 degree for 25 minutes or until golden and soft.

Eat on it’s own or stuff with Basmati Rice.
