Zucchini with Fresh Peas, Basil and Topped, Goat Cheese!

Zucchini and fresh peas with basil and goat cheese


3 Zucchini – long skinny strips or spiralizer
1 cup Fresh peas
1 bunch Basil – chopped
1/4 cup fresh Parsley – chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Goat Cheese – crumbled
2 thinly sliced green onions
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste



In oil sautee Green Onion and Garlic for 2 minutes

Add zuccihini and sautee for another 2 minutes

Add Peas, season with salt and pepper, add fresh herbs and cook for 2 minutes.

Crumble in goat cheese

Serve and enjoy
